* NOTE:

Every pattern or profile has limitations on how tight a radius it can be formed into. If the radius is extremely tight, please check with Customer Service before ordering.

Straight Pieces
All profiles are available in either 8 or 12 foot pieces. Baseboards, base caps, shoe, cove, and others are manufactured in straights and can be flexed into place on the job site. Straight pieces (non pre-formed) will not be suitable for radius applications. Please call Customer Service for appropriate applications.

True Radius (Half Rounds)
The diameter of a True Radius window or door unit (or the Inside Radius) is all that is required for a Half Round application. Standard sizes offered are 1/8, 2/4, 3/0, 4/0, 5/0, and 6/0 (Diameters). Each size has a range of flexibility; i.e. a 3/0 normally fits from 2/10 through 3/4. Numerous Custom radius units also available. *

A - Measure width of opening (in inches)
B - Measure Rise from center (in inches)
C - Length of footage to order:

then round up to the next foot.

TEMPLATE REQUIRED
A template is required to be mailed with the order. The template should be cut to fit exactly inside the radius edge. Measure the template to determine the length of the moulding required. *

Radius Crowns
  Determine the radius dimensions of the wall from the blueprints or take an actual measurement on the job site. *
  Specify if ISR (inside radius) or OSR (outside radius) is desired and also draw the orientation of the crown moulding to be installed (cove portion up or down).
  Specify the length of the crown moulding required.
